Introduction to Oracle 11g: SQL | Hours: 30 | Sessions: 9

This course introduces students to Relational databases, data server technology, and explores the concepts of relational databases and the powerful SQL and iSQL* PLUS commands.


1. Data Modeling and Normalization

2. Queries against relational tables

3. DDL, DML and Select statements

4. Perfoming joins and grouping

5. Updating Tables

6. Enforcing business rules using declarative constraints

7. Building Reports with SQL*Plus

Oracle 11G: Program with PL/SQL | Hours: 30 | Sessions: 9

The course teaches students to write PL/SQL procedures, functions and packages. Students create and manage PL/SQL program units and database triggers in both Forms Builder and the SQL*PLUS environment. Students are also taught how to make use some of the Oracle-supplied packages.
